By accessing the Site, submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

Our services are intended for business use. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where you are submitting an enquiry on behalf of a business, that you have the authority to do so and to provide us with the information you submit.

TechPilot Solutions designs and builds AI-powered automation, including workflow automation, AI chatbots, voice assistants, and custom software solutions for businesses (the "Services"). Information about our Services on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Any specific engagement, scope of work, deliverables, and pricing for our Services will be agreed separately in writing (for example, in a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement), which will take precedence over these Terms for that engagement.

4. Using the Site & Forms

When using our contact form, chat widget, or voice assistant, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Not submit spam, unsolicited advertising, or content on behalf of a business unrelated to a genuine enquiry.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site, our forms, or any third-party service we rely on (including by bypassing rate limits or client-side validation).
  • Not use the Site to submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent content.

We reserve the right to refuse, ignore, or remove any submission we reasonably believe is spam, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms, and to rate-limit or block access from any source we believe is misusing the Site.

5. Call Scheduling & Rescheduling

When you submit a preferred call date and time, you are requesting that a member of our team call you at that time — it is not a guaranteed, confirmed appointment until we contact you. We will make reasonable efforts to call at the requested time, but calls may occasionally be delayed or need to be rescheduled. If you are unavailable at your chosen time, you can use the reschedule link provided to select a new date and time. We only allow booking of time slots that have not already passed, based on UK time.

6. AI Chat & Voice Assistant

Our Site may include a live chat widget and an AI voice assistant that can answer questions automatically using artificial intelligence. Responses from these tools are generated automatically and are provided for general informational purposes only. They:

  • May occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
  • Do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.
  • Do not form a binding offer or contractual commitment on our behalf.

You should not rely solely on automated responses for decisions of material importance. A member of our team will follow up directly on any enquiry or call request you submit.

7. Fees & Engagements

Submitting our contact form or booking a discovery call is free and does not obligate you to purchase any Services. Any fees for our Services will only apply once you have agreed to a specific proposal, quote, or service agreement with us, which will set out pricing, payment terms, and scope in detail.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to TechPilot Solutions Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content from the Site for your own personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Intellectual property in any deliverables created as part of a paid engagement will be addressed separately in the relevant service agreement.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechPilot Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold TechPilot Solutions Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site or any of its features (including our forms, chat widget, or voice assistant) at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are misusing the Site.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
